We've been importing this organic chunmee-style green tea for years as a kombucha base for some of the finest kombucha breweries around, and we're excited to offer it for homebrewers now. As a lower-grade, tannic green it's not the best drinking tea — but brew it up for your SCOBY and through the magic of fermentation you'll be rich in booch in no time.

Chunmee green tea produces a lighter, brighter fermentation profile: cleaner acidity, more delicate aroma, softer tannin structure than black. Good for homebrewers who want a fresh, crisp kombucha. Organic, 16 oz bulk.
